The Run button initiates the thread manager for the operation. The thread manager is responsible for creating the worker threads. It will create up to Max Active Threads initially then, as worker threads finish their task, it will create additional worker threads to maintain the Max Active Threads count until all work is completed.

For many operations, filling in the form and then RIGHT-clicking on the stop button will cause an entry to be made in the Retry Log for each selected computer, so that you may queue up operations for use with the Command Line Options.
